1. Each participant can attend two 10 week sessions at no charge.

2. Participants must be within one year of diagnosis.

3. Between sessions, the participants can purchase a full membership at SBAC at the discounted rate of $15.00 per week.

4. Spouses or significant others of participants can purchase full memberships at SBAC during the time participant is in the group at the discounted rate of $100 per 10 weeks.

5. Any participant in the SBAC Cancer Well-fit Exercise Program may join SBAC, at the completion of their program, with no registration fee. Dues will be charged at the appropriate rate. If a spouse or significant other wishes to join, they shall be entiled to second family member registration fee and dues.
